国内発送：
普通郵便、追跡番号付きでのお届けとなります。送料は商品の重さによって変わります。全ての商品をカートにお入れいただき、国名を選択していただくどお支払いの前に送料 (shipping)をご確認していただけます。
目安として、だいたいブラウス1着ですと500円程度。ワンピース1着ですと800円程となります。
国内へのお届けは、一部を除き、１日から３日（祝、休日を除く）程かかります。
尚、Maika Handworks では、お客様よりオーダーいただいてから、発送まで１日から３日程お時間いただいておりますのでご了承ください。
返品／交換について：
不良品以外の交換、返品は基本的にお受けしておりません。

あきらかに不良品の場合は商品を受け取ってから２４時間以内にメールにてご連絡くださいませ。

Maika Handworks accepts payment through PayPal Express, which will allow you to pay with either a credit card or with your own Paypal account. When checking out, you will be directed to a Paypal.com portal page where you will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing address. Please note that this is the same process for credit card payments, not just Paypal payments.

Shipping cost by weight. UPS minimum shipping cost to US is approx. ¥2700.
To Europe approx. ¥3100.
For example one earring : shipping cost approx. ¥2700 to US.
One dress and earring will be also approx.¥2700 to US.
Please do understand Maika Handworks has no control of shipping once an order has been shipped also Maika Handworks is not responsible for lost packages or damaged during shipping. Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you, the post services are responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.
***ATTENTION ***
FOR THOSE WHO ORDER BEFORE GOING ON VACATION, please place an order with enough time. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package.
And they will keep your package for few days to one week ONLY then ship it back to Thailand. If the post office returns the package because of ABSENCE, incorrect ,incomplete address the customer will have to pay the second shipping fee.
TO AVOID A FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours (ie. a business address). If you don't receive your package after 30 days, please check the tracking number and if it was already shipped once make sure to contact your local post office.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED for tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
RETURN
All purchases are final. I do not accept any cancellation, returns and do not exchange overseas orders. I do my best to describe each item and take clear photographs and I am checking carefully each item and personally packing your order and completing all the shipping process by myself . Please make sure the written size fits you and the color is correct before purchasing. If you are unsure about something (any little thing) please send me a message before place an order. I will be happy to answer them all.
Damaged item can be exchanged. Please take a photo of the damaged part and send it to me with a message within 3 days after you receive the package.

About Vintage Items:
Vintage fabrics should be considered as having been worn previously, unless specifically stated otherwise. Areas of acceptable discoloration, snags, and permanent creases and wrinkles are all considered to be part of the intrinsic value of the fabric and are not considered flaws.
About Natural Color Dye Items:
Natural color dye items may have uneven fabric dye. It is considered as the original taste of hand works.
About Discount Coupon:
